BENEFITS FOR CONSUMERS
Hemp derivatives for food use have unique nutraceutical properties. Seeds and flour are rich in valuable nutrients for health. And the original taste goes well with good food and gourmet recipes.
- Hemp seed flour is rich in protein and you can use it as a valid alternative to protein sources of animal origin, such as meat, or of vegetable origin but from unsustainable crops, such as soy.
- Hemp seed oil provides you with long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, including the so-called Omega 3 and Omega 6, now recognized as essential for health and, in particular, for the neonatal development of the nervous system and the strengthening of the defenses immune.
- The presence of fibers and minor but important elements, such as phenols, gives hemp products a further added value that makes them an important ally for your diet.
